Once again, scouted the lake mid-afternoon after setting up camp.
Decided to emphasize height of peak with vertical composition. Super wide angle lens was needed!
Located fallen log with new life sprouting from it, the young spruce being a nice foreground element.
Mirror lake lived up to it's name! Very still water at end of day and at dawn.
Note: broke composition rule of having frame split in half at center. Some say that a strong horizontal line negates this "rule", really not rules but guidelines.
